Basic thermodynamic characteristics and isotherm of ammonia adsorption in NaZSM-5 and LiZSM-5 zeolites

This paper presents the results of isotherm and basic (Δ H , Δ F, S ) thermodynamic characteristics ammonia adsorption in Na zeolites 2,87 ZSM-5 Li 3,37 ZSM-5; also is described by bulk micro-pore filling theory (BFM) equations. The correlation between adsorption-energy found, molecular mechanism whole region revealed. adsorbed NaZSM-5 LiZSM-5 located first coordination sphere with + cations, forming octa- hexaammonia complexes. From thermokinetics, it was determined that cations are screened positions zeolite crystal lattice. molecule migration from lattice into junctions formed intersection straight zigzag channels formation ion/molecular complexes various multiplicity them. It average molar entropy on indicates mobility molecules below liquid phase close to solid phase, indicating a strong limitation cations.
